    Quality Issues (e.g., heating element malfunction): Simply send us a short video showing the issue, and we will issue a full refund immediately — no return required. No need to ship it back to us.

    Non-quality Issues (e.g., size exchange, change of mind): Return shipping is at buyer's expense.

Once your return is inspected and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days — or you may opt for Store Credit (with an extra 5% bonus).
